Things get dicey when Harry's unusual resource uncovers rumors of impropriety that point to an introverted Catholic priest as the prime suspect.Enter Kveta Cerny, the matriarch of a local crime-family who is an aunt of the priest. Her lover is her enforcer and a ruthless loan-shark who takes pleasure in publicly assaulting past-due debtors. Harry and Dutch witness one of the assaults and apprehend the ruthless collector who escapes their grasp and vows vengeance, no matter what the personal cost.
