Crystal Clear Answer to Prayer is a delightful story based on a true account of a little girl's answer to prayer for a turtle. It is filled with adventure and wonder, and inspires children to have faith in God, and to trust Him for the answer to their prayers. In this story, Haley and Harold's mom finds an enormous painted shell turtle in the middle of the road. She picks it up and takes it home. I takes a neighborhood to try and keep Raphael fed. The turtle is so huge, it is hard to keep him stocked with food and he quickly devours everything that is put in his aquarium. Haley and Harold agrees that Raphael is lonely and needs a companion. Harold named Raphael, claiming him as his own. While seeking food for him at a local creek, Haley decides she wants to find her own pet turtle, a companion for Raphael, so she prays for a turtle. Randomly, about a month or so later they return to the same location with a picnic lunch, and find the answer to her prayer right under her feet while she was sitting on a bridge. She named her turtle Crystal. Clearly she was a crystal clear answer to prayer. This was a treasured memory for both Haley and Harold, and their friends in the neighborhood. The family had a great time seeking food and companionship for their turtle and also seeking the Lord for the answer to their prayers.
