The SUSE OpenStack Cloud 7 • Deployment Guide provides cloud operators with the information needed to deploy and maintain SUSE OpenStack Cloud administrative units, the Administration Server, the Control Nodes, and the Compute and Storage Nodes. The Administration Server provides all services needed to manage and deploy all other nodes in the cloud. The Control Node hosts all OpenStack components needed to operate virtual machines deployed on the Compute Nodes in the SUSE OpenStack Cloud. Each virtual machine (instance) started in the cloud will be hosted on one of the Compute Nodes. Object storage is managed by the Storage Nodes. Many chapters in this manual contain links to additional documentation resources. These include additional documentation that is available on the system, and documentation available on the Internet. This book is available for free in many languages and different formats on the suse.com web site.  This book is printed in grayscale.
