Avanish wanted an escape. After a brutal betrayal by his closest friends and the girl he loved, he lost everything. Seeking isolation to heal his broken mind and finish his book, he travels to a remote, dead silent mountain valley. It was supposed to be a sanctuary away from the toxic city life. Instead, he walked straight into a trap.

The villagers in this valley live by one absolute, terrifying rule. No smooth surfaces. No still water. And absolutely no mirrors. They believe that if you look for your reflection, the thing inside the glass will look back and it will take your place. Avanish dismisses the warnings as primitive mountain myths. Until one night, exhausted and shattered by his own memories, he stares into a small pocket mirror.

Aks is a gripping, raw psychological horror that will completely shatter your sense of reality. As the valley descends into pure paranoia and the entities from the glass start wearing the faces of innocent people, Avanish is forced into a brutal fight for survival. He must battle the physical monsters closing in around him and the psychological torture of his own past being used against him.
