The State brought opened a court trial against him with a false accusation. Parallel to the trial, Michael writes the book "With Closed Eyes, or Disobedience" about this trial. He demands to be led to the trial in handcuffs, otherwise he does not go, he refuses to defend himself and sits with his eyes closed. The law court acquitted him, but the General Prosecutor demanded a prison sentence of three years. This happened on 2006. In 2012 Michael graduated from the book "Wrangle." Israeli publishers do not want to work with Michael.
