Emil Bock (1895–1959) fue un teólogo y antroposofista alemán, reconocido por su profunda interpretación espiritual de las Escrituras y su papel fundamental en la fundación de la Comunidad Cristiana (Die Christengemeinschaft), una iglesia basada en los principios de la antroposofía de Rudolf Steiner.

Nacido en Wuppertal, Alemania, Bock estudió teología en Berlín y se unió a la Comunidad Cristiana en 1922, convirtiéndose en uno de sus primeros sacerdotes. Tras la muerte de Friedrich Rittelmeyer en 1938, asumió la dirección de la comunidad. Durante el régimen nazi, la Comunidad Cristiana fue prohibida por su supuesta influencia "judía" y "masónica", y Bock fue encarcelado en el campo de concentración de Welzheim en 1941. Fue liberado en 1942, pero permaneció bajo vigilancia hasta el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial .

Su obra más influyente es su traducción del Nuevo Testamento, realizada entre 1930 y 1950, que busca ofrecer una interpretación accesible y espiritualmente profunda de los textos sagrados, basada en los principios de la antroposofía.
