Adrian Tchaikovsky, nacido Adrian Czajkowski el 14 de junio de 1972 en Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, es un escritor británico de ciencia ficción y fantasía. Estudió zoología y psicología en la Universidad de Reading y trabajó como asesor legal antes de dedicarse plenamente a la escritura. Es reconocido por su serie "Shadows of the Apt" y por la novela "Herederos del tiempo" (2015), que le valió el Premio Arthur C. Clarke en 2016.

Otras obras destacadas de Tchaikovsky incluyen "Guns of the Dawn" (2016) y "Spiderlight" (2018). Su trabajo abarca géneros como la ciencia ficción, la fantasía y el terror. Ha sido galardonado con el British Fantasy Award y el Arthur C. Clarke Award.
