She then drew the illustrations herself with markers and crayons, and stapled the pages together as the finished book. 3 decades later, that tiny publication has been recreated and published as a tribute to the original from 1987. This book now serves as a reminder that anyone has the power to turn dreams into realities, no matter how big or how small. After all, if the author could turn a small idea into an internationally published book three decades later, and if a cloud could turn loneliness into a quest for friends, following your dreams may just lead you to your rainbow, too.
