The Partisan Gospel (en Inglés) - Samuel D. Thomas Sr.

The danger begins when a party tells Christians who they are, a national story declares them innocent, enemies explain every loss, and a strong leader promises rescue. Christian words may remain, but Christ no longer governs the verdict.

In *The Partisan Gospel*, Samuel D. Thomas Sr. names the habits that turn public conviction into political idolatry: selective outrage, manufactured emergency, contempt for neighbors, excuses for powerful allies, and silence when truth becomes costly. Drawing from Scripture, American history, public records, survey research, and the lived pressures facing congregations, he separates faithful public witness from party rule.

This is not a call for retreat, neutrality, or timid speech. It is a demand that every party, leader, movement, and nation remain under the judgment of Christ. Truth has teeth. The church must recover the courage to tell it, protect the neighbor, correct its own side, and refuse to sell its witness for access to power.
