She also founded the nonprofit youth empowerment organization Life Success Principles. It supports at-risk youth from urban and rural communities with life readiness skills to inspire them to write a personal vision, set goals, and manage relationships, time, and conflict. The program connects youth with positive inspirational role models who demonstrate that it is possible to overcome challenging situations to live their best life. From the Bahamas, Simmone L. Bowe is a business and HR consultant, professional corporate trainer, keynote speaker, author, mentor, and social justice advocate with a passion for community, positive gender relations, and philanthropy. She is a seasoned transition strategist, personal power advocate, corporate trainer, educator, newspaper columnist, and radio and television host.
