Theo Turtle and the Windy Hill Race (en Inglés) - Andrew Ford

Theo Turtle likes quiet mornings, careful steps, and taking his time. But when the Windy Hill Race is announced, he cannot stop comparing himself to his faster friends. Casey Cat is quick, Riley Rabbit is springy, and Daisy Duck seems to glide around every turn. The more Theo compares, the smaller he feels.

On race day, Theo worries he will fall behind. But along the trail, his steady hands, thoughtful eyes, and caring heart become exactly what others need. As he helps a friend, notices the path, and keeps going with kindness, Theo begins to understand something important: winning is not the only way to matter.

Theo Turtle and the Windy Hill Race is a warm, uplifting early reader for ages 6-8 about self-worth, gratitude, empathy, and perseverance.
